Who are the Moderators and what do they do?
The Moderators are members of staff whose special job it is to look after you on the site and to make sure you’re safe online.
Moderators have special training in what to do – you will see them in the chatroom, for example, where they will make sure everyone is safe and happy online. They also do things like check your blog posts and comments to make sure everything you write is suitable for other children to read. They have training on who to contact and how to do it, so that everyone can be safe on the MiniMentors website whilst enjoying the service as best possible.
Moderators can also help out if you’ve lost your password or if you’ve got general questions about your account.
